President and Founder
Dave Tidmarsh
Dave is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of William Blake Homes.
He founded William Blake Homes in 2015 and has successfully grown it into one of Calgary’s largest custom home builders. Prior to founding WBH, Dave spent ten years learning and managing with a local custom home building company working in a variety of construction management roles across numerous and varied residential projects. He has more than 25 years of construction experience and is an accredited Master Builder and holds a Bachelor of Political Science and a minor in Management from the University of Calgary.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys and is committed to giving back to the community through involvement in freestyle skiing, rugby and youth sports.

Chief Operating Officer
Mike Tidmarsh
Mike leads project delivery and construction execution at William Blake Homes.
He joined the company in 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience in business management, strategy, project management, capital project delivery, land development and stakeholder relations. Prior to WBH, Mike spent seven years with one of western Canada’s largest land management and stakeholder relations companies in senior leadership roles, including President and Vice-President.

He also has worked for major midstream companies, focusing on land management and stakeholder engagement. Mike holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He volunteers as a youth hockey coach in the Okotoks area and finds time for snowmobiling in the Rockies.
Chief Financial Officer
Bryce Parry
Bryce leads the financial operations and strategic financial planning for William Blake Homes, ensuring the company’s growth is supported by disciplined financial stewardship and a commitment to exceptional client experiences.
He joined the company in 2024, bringing a strong background in finance, major transactions, assurance, and financial due diligence. Before joining WBH, Bryce spent five years with a Big Four professional services firm in progressively senior accounting and financial advisory roles.

Earlier in his career, he managed operations for a group of local bike shops. His background in both professional services and hands-on operational management gives him a balanced perspective that supports WBH’s focus on quality, transparency, and long‑term value. Bryce is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
Outside of work, Bryce is most at home outdoors whether it’s snowboarding, biking, and exploring the mountains with his wife and their dog.
