At William Blake Homes, we’re committed to sharing our success with the local organizations, charities, and initiatives that help make our community a better place to live and thrive. We’re proud to support a range of sporting, charitable, and local organizations and invite you to learn more about the positive impact they have in our community.
Every small act of support can have a significant ripple effect, and become a vital part of positive change and growth, that ultimately contributes to a better quality of life for all.
As an intermediate to advanced skill ski club, athletes come to us ready to take on the next challenge and the next step in their freestyle development. Our job is to get them ready for that – safely, successfully, while having fun. Our program is focused on developing athletes in three freestyle disciplines – slopestyle, big air, and halfpipe, alongside building strong freeride (aka Big Mountain) skiers.
We believe in promoting athleticism as well as injury prevention. This is accomplished not only on the snow, but also through dryland, trampoline and airbag training. Athletes are blended into smaller, individualized training groups.
“A community, a family, is a group of people who share common stories. The health of any community depends directly on the health of the stories the community embraces.”

From its beginnings in 2013, the Jamboree grew and evolved into what it is today: an intimate and lively event that celebrates not only Canadian country music but promotes generous giving to community-based charities. The evening typically includes a concert comprised of several Canadian musical artists (one headliner plus special guests), a live and silent auction, delicious food and beverage stations and a whole lot of fun!
The Jamboree for Charity is held annually in Calgary in June, as well as in Toronto in April.
